MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release the alphabetical list of passers of September 2021 Teachers board exam or licensure exam for teachers (LET) – Elementary level expected between November 8 and December 10, 2021 or in 30-52 working days after the exam.
On this page, the complete list of passers or those who have successfully hurdled the tests will be posted. List below is for update once LET results are announced online.

The September 2021 LET passers are those who obtained an average rating of not less than 75% and have no rating lower than 50% in any of the subjects.
PRC administered the First Batch of LET board exam on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in at least 26 testing centers nationwide.

Testing centers include Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Catanduanes, Catarman, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Jolo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Marinduque, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Tawi-tawi, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
Note that LET in Manila, Butuan, Lucena City and Romblon were postponed and will be rescheduled as per recommendation by the Department of Health and in accordance with the Inter-Agency Task Force of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) rules and protocols on COVID-19, and pursuant to the directives of the concerned Local Government Units.
PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020 stated that the target release of September 2021 LET results is on Friday, December 10 or in 52 working days after the test.
PRC Board News, our partner website for PRC exam results said that the probable release date of September 2021 LET exam results is November 8 (Monday) and December 10, 2021 (Friday) or in 30-52 working days after the exam.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. This is due to several factors such as the total number of examinees, effect of work cancellations due to calamities and unforeseen events and system of checking the pencil-based tests. Since exam in Manila and 3 other test centers was postponed, there was a big chunk of takers excluded in the supposed total counts.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATIONS
In the last teacher’s board exam before the pandemic (September 2019), PRC announced results in fifty (50) working days. A total of 28,973 elementary teachers out of 92,440 examinees (31.34%) successfully passed the exams.
In the March 2019 LET, results were out online in forty-two (42) working days. PRC named 19,659 elementary teachers out of 72,054 examinees (27.28%) who passed the exams.
In the September 2018 exams, PRC announced LET results after fifty-two (52) working days. A total of 18,409 elementary teachers out of 90,750 examinees (20.29%) successfully hurdled the tests.
Note: From March 2013 to September 2019, average passing rate for Elementary Level exam was 27.15% or 3 out of 10 takers passed the exams.
