MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of June 2021 Pharmacist board exam, together with the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools expected between July 2 and 7 or in 2-5 working days after the exam.
PRC conducted the Pharmacy board exam on June 29 and 30, 2021 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Davao, Lucena, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.
The licensure exam was originally scheduled in April 2021 but was postponed in the aforementioned areas following the directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID). Only the PhLE in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pagadian, Rosales and Zamboanga pushed through in April as those areas were under modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Ms. Adelina C. Royo, Members.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
Pharmacy board exam’s verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and conditional) can be done online.
Visit PRC’s “Verification of Rating” service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on the original schedule of exams (April 2021), the target release of Pharmacist board exam results is 3 days after the examination or on July 5, 2021.
NOTE: Results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. Takers may expect for the announcement of results between July 2 and 7 or in 2-5 working days.
