MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the May 2023 nurse licensure examination (NLE) or nursing board exam is available on this page as expected to be released on Friday, June 9, 2023 or in nine (9) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers of May 28 and 29, 2023 NLE, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan.

In the November 2022 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exams (PNLE), Abigail Garganta Ramirez from Saint Paul University – Dumaguete clinched the highest spot with 90.00%. Jezrel Cabasis Alijid from West Visayas State University (WVSU) – La Paz and Melchor Flores Pimentel Jr. from Saint Louis University ranked second with common rating of 89.80%.
In the May 2022 NLE, Keziah Kyleen Galit Gonzales from Emilio Aguinaldo College – Manila and Nora Jane Bacarisas Staveley from Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) – Valenzuela topped the board with identical grade of 90.00%. Julia Flora Rosa Marquez Amarille, from OLFU-Antipolo City followed with 89.40%.
In the November 2021 NLE, Kiarra Belle Arante Poblador from Silliman University aced the board with 89.40%. Francine Beatrice Liao Cruz from Southville International School and Colleges and Natelie Joyce Mariano from Medici Di Makati College, Inc. tied on second place with 88.80%.
In the July 2021 NLE, Haydee Soriano Bacani from Philippine Women’s University (PWU) – Manila grabbed the highest place with 89.40%. Liezl Mercado Tuazon from Angeles University Foundation (AUF) followed with 89.00%.
In the November 2019 NLE, Shaina Kei Cruiz Watanabe from Davao Doctors College, Inc. led the passers with 89.60%. Ansherina Santiago Awatin from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ranked second with 89.00%.
