MANILA, Philippines – The April 2021 Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) or Pharmacist board exam result, which includes the alphabetical list of passers is available on this page as released online between April 28 and 30 or in 2-4 working days after the exam.
PRC administered the first Pharmacy board exam this year on April 25 and 26 in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Iloilo, Legazpi, Pagadian, Rosales and Zamboanga.
NOTE: The PhLE in NCR, Baguio, Davao, Lucena, Tacloban and Tuguegarao was postponed and rescheduled to June 29 and 30, 2021 following the directives of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID).
As the crisis continues, PRC recognized the urgent need for health-related professionals in these trying times.

REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1283 series of 2020, the target release of Pharmacist board exam results is on Thursday,
April 29, 2021 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
NOTE: Results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. Takers may expect for the announcement of results between April 28 and 30 or in 2-4 working days.
