MANILA, Philippines – The January 2022 Architect board exam or Architect Licensure Examination (ALE) official results to include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnocthers), top performing schools and performance of schools are expected to be released online on January 26-28 or in 3-5 working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Architecture (BoA) conducted the licensure exam in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on January 21 and 23.
NOTE: This batch of takers includes examinees from the cancelled ALE in Manila last August due to quarantine restrictions.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
- proof of membership issued by the Accredited Integrated Professional Organization
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of oathtaking of the successful examinees in the said licensure examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Due to pandemic, oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be done virtual or online. The online oathtaking application system (e-oath) can be accessed at Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).

VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
In few days after the release of results, the Verification of Rating (VoR) page of PRC for January 2022 LEA will be available online. Provide the required information – exam name, exam date, application number, name and birthdate to verify identity.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The two-day exam covered the following subjects: history and theory of architecture, principle of planning and architecture practice, utilities systems, structural conceptualization, building materials and construction (Day 1) and architectural design and site planning (Day 2).
RELEASE OF RESULTS
In reference to the PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, which deals with the ‘Schedule of Licensure Examinations for Year 2022’, the target release date of Architect board exam result is in four (4) working days after the tests.
However, results are possible to be released ahead of the target or on later date, without prior notice.
PREVIOUS RESULTS
In the August 2021 Architect board exam, PRC announced results in five (5) working days after the exam. A total of 560 out of 849 successfully passed the exams.
In the last architect board exam before the pandemic (January 2020), the agency released results after three (3) working days. A total of 1,242 out of 2,229 (55.72%) passed the grueling exams.
In the June 2019 ALE, results were announced online in four (4) working days. PRC named 2,104 out of 3,172 (66.33%) who successfully passed the exams.
NOTE: From January 2014 to January 2020, average passing rate is 58.61% or six (6) out of 10 takers usually passed the exams.
