WINGIE’s data shows an average booking value of $191. Cairo was the most popular destination (28% of bookings), followed by Riyadh (14%), Jeddah (11%), Dammam (10%), and Dubai (7%). The busiest routes were Riyadh to Jeddah (14%), Jeddah to Cairo (12%), Jeddah to Riyadh (10%), and Cairo to Jeddah (9%).
2024 offered budget-friendly options, with the cheapest ticket at $7.95 (Tashkent to Samarkand) and the most expensive at $11,562 (Jeddah to London).
Solo travel was a significant trend, with 74% of users traveling alone versus 26% traveling in groups. One-way tickets were favored by 57% of travelers, compared to 43% opting for round-trip tickets.
WINGIE’s user base was 63% male and 37% female. The majority (90%) were adults, with 8% children and 2% infants.
