Macao, Aug. 26, 2024 — To highlight Macao’s diverse tourism offerings and unique cultural appeal, the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) launched its international limited experience campaign, “Experience Macao Limited Edition,” on August 26 at 11 AM Beijing time. The campaign, announced during an online press conference, combines online games with offline experiences to engage tourists worldwide. Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, Director of MGTO, and representatives from six leading hotels (Galaxy Macau, Melco Resorts & Entertainment, MGM, Sands China Limited, Wynn Resorts Macau, and SJM Resorts) presented the campaign’s rules and prizes.
As a key element of the campaign, MGTO has partnered with MIYEON, a member of the popular Korean girl group (G)I-DLE, to create an exclusive Macao-themed song and music video titled “Lovin’ My Stay.” The music video will showcase Macao’s unique charm to a global audience.
To participate, visitors simply need to register on the dedicated website, ExperienceMacaoLimitedEdition.com, and answer three daily Macao-related questions. Each stage of the campaign offers a chance to win one of 100 “Experience Macao Limited Edition” prizes. The campaign will run in three stages: August 26 to September 4, September 16 to September 25, and October 7 to October 17. Participants who answer all three questions correctly will enter a draw for opportunities to unlock more Macao experiences. These prizes include round-trip tickets to Macao, accommodations, and exclusive experiences curated by MGTO and the six major integrated resorts. These experiences encompass cultural exploration, intangible cultural heritage encounters, Michelin-starred dining, and leisure and entertainment activities, providing winners with a distinctive Macao journey.
The campaign also features an “Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition” prize. From among the 100 “Experience Macao Limited Edition” prize winners, the individual who shares their Macao experience on social media and receives the most likes by December 31, 2024, will win the “Ultimate Experience Macao Limited Edition” prize. This ultimate prize winner will enjoy 30 days of complimentary travel in Macao, exploring top attractions and experiencing unique cultural aspects. This all-encompassing journey allows them to fully embrace the unlimited charm of Macao.
