Texas Advocacy Initiative Grows Support for the Family Justice and Accountability Act of 2025

FJAA 2025 Texas chapter

Dallas, Texas – December 19, 2025 – Momentum for the proposed federal reform bill Family Justice and Accountability Act of 2025 © (FJAAA) is building across the country. Authored and led by Francesca Amato, the bill seeks to reinstate constitutional accountability in family courts, child welfare systems, and associated state agencies.

In Texas, Tara Jacobs—founder and CEO of Jacobs Inclusive, Inc—acts as a volunteer advocate for the bill and the state’s lead for advocacy efforts. She focuses on educating the public and legislators about the bill’s purpose and why it’s needed. Tara Jacobs has been featured in and has appeared as a blog interviewee and podcast guest for , where she shared insights on budgeting, income, side-gig strategies, and her experience reconnecting with her daughter regarding custody.

Throughout December, Jacobs participated in several public hearings, including the Dallas County Commissioner Court, to highlight systemic issues affecting families and children.

One of Jacobs’ public testimonies about the FJAA went viral on , garnering over 5,000 views and more than 100 shares within 24 hours. This reflects broad public concern and increasing grassroots backing across the state.

Backing a National Leader and Legislative Vision

The Family Justice and Accountability Act of 2025 © aims to strip immunity protections from judges, attorneys, and state officials when their actions fall outside their constitutional oath, legal jurisdiction, or established authority. The bill creates enforceable accountability mechanisms to safeguard families and children while upholding constitutional law.

Jacobs Inclusive, Inc.—an S Corporation founded in 2021—was initially set up to pursue federal government contracting opportunities, including involvement in SAM-registered programs.

Jacobs’ work on the FJAA 2025 is purely voluntary and advocacy-focused. She took on this role after reviewing extensive documentation, constituent testimony, and proposed legislative safeguards presented by Amato.

Francesca Amato is the driving force behind this movement,” Jacobs stated. “She’s a passionate advocate who genuinely cares about families, children, and parents regardless of gender. The Family Justice and Accountability Act of 2025 © offers lawful, constitutional solutions to a nationwide problem that has left families unprotected while shielding misconduct through immunity. I am honored to support her work and lead advocacy efforts here in Texas.”

Engaging Congress and Public Outreach

Amato has shared constituent experiences, evidence, and legislative proposals directly with members of Congress. According to Jacobs, lawmakers have expressed increased interest after hearing consistent stories from families nationwide and reviewing how the FJAA addresses long-standing accountability gaps.

Advocates across multiple states are currently working to secure a bill number and a congressional sponsor, while continuing public education efforts and legislative outreach.

Why Texas Advocacy Matters

Jacobs’ decision to advocate for the FJAA 2025 is informed by her personal experience reporting alleged civil rights violations involving multiple state agencies between 2018 and 2025. Despite submitting authenticated court orders, sworn affidavits, recordings, and law-enforcement documentation, Jacobs states that enforcement was repeatedly declined or obstructed, and legal aid organizations cited conflicts of interest that prevented assistance.

These experiences reflect concerns raised by families nationwide and underscore the need for legislative reform.

Families should not have to rely on social media or public hearings to be heard,” Jacobs said. “The Family Justice and Accountability Act creates a clear, constitutional pathway for accountability where none currently exists.”

Call to Action

Supporters of the Family Justice and Accountability Act of 2025 urge lawmakers to:

* Review the bill’s proposed accountability provisions

* Engage directly with affected families

* Sponsor and advance the legislation for formal consideration

The Texas advocacy effort remains focused on education, lawful reform, and collaboration with national leadership to ensure families’ constitutional rights are protected.
