Prior to this role, Coticchia was CEO and Board Member at Sopheon (LON: SPE), a worldwide SaaS company specializing in innovation and product management. During his tenure, Sopheon evolved from a consulting-focused entity into a cloud-native platform provider, ultimately leading to its successful acquisition by the private equity firm Resurgens Technology.
A prolific serial entrepreneur, he has been involved with 14 startups (four of which he founded personally). He has also secured over $73 million in venture capital funding and played a crucial role in more than 17 mergers and acquisitions. His impact extends to the introduction of over 100 products and solutions, alongside holding leadership positions in companies from nascent startups to multi-billion dollar enterprises.
Key Achievement: Greg established and introduced the world’s inaugural Master’s Degree in Product Management at Carnegie Mellon University, where he served as the initial executive director.
