Xunlei Appoints New Depositary for American Depositary Receipts “`

SHENZHEN, China, Jan. 03, 2025 — Xunlei Limited (“Xunlei” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: XNET), a leading Chinese provider of distributed cloud services, announced the appointment of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“J.P. Morgan”) as its new depositary for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, effective December 31, 2024.

The Company executed a revised deposit agreement with J.P. Morgan, replacing the prior agreement. A Form F-6 registration statement detailing this depositary change, including the amended agreement, has been submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Xunlei ADR holders don’t need to take any action regarding this depositary shift.
