VS Media Holdings Limited Meets Nasdaq Listing Requirements

HONG KONG, July 05, 2024 —  VS Media Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: , the “Company”), a leader in managing a global network of digital creators, today announced that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The announcement comes after the Company received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”).

On July 3, 2024, NASDAQ confirmed that for 10 consecutive business days, from June 18, 2024, through July 2, 2024, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock was at or above $1.00. As a result, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and NASDAQ considers the prior bid deficiency matter now closed.
