Broomfield Celebrates Arista 36 Completion with Ceremonial Tree Planting

Henderson, Nevada Nov 14, 2025  – The City and County of Broomfield, alongside LaPour Partners and EastGroup Properties, marked the official completion of Arista 36, a 359,800-square-foot, Class A industrial development situated in the Northwest Denver Submarket, with a ceremonial final tree planting held on the morning of Oct. 21.

The event, which took place onsite at 11250 Wadsworth Parkway, represented a significant achievement for the Broomfield community and for the sustained economic expansion of the Northwest corridor. City officials, including the Broomfield Mayor Pro Tem, development partners, and members of the local business community, convened to celebrate the project’s culmination and its contribution to the region’s burgeoning innovation corridor.

“Arista 36 consists of a three-building, Class A industrial park strategically positioned with direct frontage on Wadsworth Parkway and immediate connectivity to the U.S. 36 corridor linking Boulder and Denver. Designed for uses spanning manufacturing, research, life sciences, and distribution, the property boasts flexible layouts, 28-foot clear heights, dock and grade-level loading, and sustainable features such as secure bike storage, trail access, and 48 electric vehicle charging stations,” stated Mayor Pro Tem Deven Shaff. 

The development is zoned PUD/Light Industrial and is surrounded by a robust labor pool, diverse residential options, and convenient retail/wellness amenities accessible by foot.

Arista 36 was brought to life through a joint venture between LaPour and EastGroup Properties, Inc. (NYSE: EGP). This collaboration merged LaPour’s expertise in regional real estate investment with EastGroup’s extensive national portfolio of prime industrial properties.
