He emphasized that participating in ethnic chorus performances helps young people cultivate their musical literacy and aesthetic sensibilities, while deepening their understanding and appreciation of traditional Chinese culture. This, he said, would foster a love and sense of pride for their country and heritage. He expressed hope that this event would act as a seed of traditional music, planted and deeply rooted in the hearts of young people. He extended warm greetings to the young participants, encouraging them to embrace the multi-cultural spirit and entrepreneurial energy of Shenzhen.

He invited the young participants to engage in live performances, educational trips, flash mob gatherings, charity salons, and other activities, hoping they would experience the allure of life in Futian.

The compulsory performance repertoire consisted of classic or traditional songs, reflecting a commitment to preserving and promoting traditional Chinese culture and highlighting the characteristic features of ethnic chorus. All choirs showcased their professional skills, weaving their love, dreams, and aspirations into their singing, captivating the audience.
